By starting off at 4 pounds per 1000 pounds body weight, and then varying the quantity by inspection of your horses condition at a monthly interval, it will not take very long to work out the quantity just right for your horse or horses. Usually the trail riding  workload is not sufficient to need much more than the sedentary feeding quantity. If the work increases, increase the amount of feed to supply the energy required to complete the higher level of effort without weight loss.

When going away for extended periods, please keep Thrive Feed in a dry place, and try to not crush or over handle the bags. Thrive Feed is a delicate product needing appropriate handling to stop excessive dusting. The only way to make Thrive Feed so easy for a horse to eat is to make it delicate and susceptible to crush pressure.

Pure natural ingredients 100% grown and manufactured in the USA.

Pleasure riding should be just that, a pleasure. Unfortunately that does not always work out so well. Many horses perform even simple tasks well below their capabilities due to the lack of nutritional support. I believe that training a trail horse for pleasure riding starts in their food bowl. Using appropriate nutrients to support a calm response to a riders control inputs just makes good sense. This is not something obscure, it is well known that the quality of nutrition has a profound effect on the quality of a child's learning outcomes, and horses are no different.

Thrive Feed supports the calm attentiveness pleasure riders prefer, and will promote your horse or horses stamina for long day rides.
